Website Terms
The rules for using veesly.com and the support service provided through it.
Last updated: 16 August 2026
1. Who provides this website
This website is provided by Fabian Sielawa, publishing apps under the name Veesly.
Service provider: Fabian Sielawa Address: ul. Trzebinska 1, 32-065 Krzeszowice, Poland
Contact: hello@veesly.com for general enquiries, support@veesly.com for support and for complaints about this website, privacy@veesly.com for privacy matters, legal@veesly.com for questions about these Terms.
2. What these Terms cover
These Terms apply to your use of veesly.com and to the electronic service provided through it, described in section 4.
They do not govern our apps. Streak Keeper has its own Terms & Conditions, which apply to the app itself and are a separate document. Nothing here changes them, and nothing there changes these.
How we handle personal data is explained in Website Privacy, which sits alongside these Terms.
3. What this website offers
This website is informational. It describes Veesly and the apps we publish, answers common questions about them, and publishes the legal documents for those apps.
You do not need an account to use any of it. There is no registration, no login, and nothing on this website is sold or paid for.
4. The support service
The one active service provided by electronic means through this website is the submission of a support or contact request using the Streak Keeper support form.
The service consists of taking the message you submit, routing it to the appropriate Veesly mailbox, and delivering it to us so that we can reply by email. It is provided free of charge.
Reading the pages of this website does not require the service and does not create any agreement between us.
5. When the service starts and ends
The service begins when you submit the support form for processing.
It ends when your message has been transmitted to us, or when it cannot be completed and you are told so on the page. Either way it is a single exchange.
No account is created. Nothing recurring is set up. There is nothing to cancel, and no subscription of any kind arises from using this website. You can stop using the website and the form at any time, without notice and without cost.
6. What you need to use the website
A device with an internet connection and a reasonably current web browser that supports HTTPS and standard web technologies.
JavaScript is required only to submit the support form. All the informational and legal content on this website — including product information, the FAQ, and every legal document — can be read with JavaScript unavailable.
This website does not require you to accept cookies, because it does not use them. To receive a reply to a support request you need a working email address.
7. Using the website properly
Please use this website lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with it or with other people using it.
In particular, please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or the systems behind it, disrupt or overload it, circumvent the limits on the support form, submit automated or bulk messages through it, or use it to distribute malicious software.
8. What you may not send
You must not use the support form to send unlawful content.
That includes content that infringes someone else's rights, is defamatory, harassing, threatening or hateful, contains malicious software, is unsolicited commercial messaging, or that you have no right to send us.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form when it is not needed to deal with your request, and please do not send passwords, recovery codes or payment details — we never ask for them and we do not need them.
If a submission breaches this section we may decline to act on it, and where the law requires it we may report it.
9. Your support messages
What you write in a support message stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it.
We use it to answer you, to understand and fix problems in our apps, and to keep a record of the exchange while it is needed. If your message describes a problem or suggests an improvement, we may act on that in our products; we are not going to publish your message or your address.
10. Availability and maintenance
We try to keep this website available and working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may update, change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the support form, for technical, legal, security or operational reasons. Where an interruption is planned and significant, we will try to keep it short.
If the support form is unavailable, you can always email us directly at the addresses in section 1.
11. Complaints about this website or the support service
If something about this website or the support service is not working as it should, write to support@veesly.com and describe what happened, when, and what you expected. Please include enough detail for us to reproduce or understand the problem.
We aim to acknowledge a complaint promptly and to respond within 14 days of receiving it. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
This route is for the website and the support service itself. Requests about your personal data go to privacy@veesly.com and are handled under Website Privacy. Questions about Streak Keeper as an app are ordinary support, at streak@veesly.com.
12. Information about our apps
We aim to describe our apps accurately and to keep this website in step with what they actually do.
App availability can depend on the platform, the device, the operating system version and the region, and it can change. Information here is not an offer or a guarantee that an app is available to you.
An app is only available where a working store listing exists for it. Where this website shows no store link for an app, that app is not yet publicly available.
13. App stores
Where our apps are distributed through the App Store or Google Play, downloading, installing and any future purchase happens through that store, under that store operator's own terms and its own privacy practices. Those apply in addition to ours, and we do not control them.
Apple, App Store, Google and Google Play are the marks of their respective owners. We claim no rights in them and are not endorsed by them.
Nothing is sold through this website, and no payment is taken here.
14. Links to other websites
This website may link to websites we do not operate. We provide those links for convenience.
We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave.
15. Intellectual property
This website — its text, layout, design, screenshots and other original material — belongs to Fabian Sielawa, or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law.
The Veesly name, the Veesly logo and the V mark, and the Streak Keeper name and its app assets, are ours. Please do not copy, modify, redistribute or use them commercially without our permission.
You are welcome to read, print and share this website's pages for your own personal use, and to link to it.
Third-party names and marks appearing here, including those of the app stores, belong to their owners.
16. Our responsibility
We provide this website and the support service with reasonable care. We do not promise the website will always be available, error-free, or that the information on it is complete for every purpose.
We are responsible for loss we cause by failing to meet these Terms or by lack of reasonable care, where that loss is a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for the content or conduct of third-party websites or app stores.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited or excluded.
17. Your rights as a consumer
If you use this website as a consumer, you keep all the rights the law gives you. Nothing in these Terms takes those away, limits them, or requires you to give them up.
Where anything here conflicts with a mandatory rule of consumer protection law that applies to you, that rule applies instead.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the website changes, or when the law requires it. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
A change does not apply retroactively to a support request you already submitted.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Poland.
If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under those rules.
