A few simple rules for using Streak Keeper.
Last updated: 15 August 2026
1. About the app
Streak Keeper is a simple streak tracking app — it helps you track daily streaks, goals, Pause days, and streak history, for your own personal use.
It's not a medical, health, financial, legal, or professional advice service, and it doesn't guarantee any particular outcome, habit, fitness, productivity, or financial result.
Streak Keeper is a general-audience app with no in-app age gate. You can use it wherever it's permitted by the law in your country or region, including any minimum age or parental consent rules that apply to you locally.
2. No account or payment required
This release of Streak Keeper doesn't require you to create an account, and it doesn't include an active subscription, paid tier, purchase flow, or restore-purchase flow.
3. User responsibility
You're responsible for how you use Streak Keeper — the streak names, goals, Pause settings, reminders, imported history files, and routines you choose to track.
Please don't use Streak Keeper to break the law, interfere with the app, misuse Support, or infringe someone else's rights.
4. Your data and exported files
Most of your streak data — active Home rows, Pause settings and usage, streak status and ended dates, saved History, and anything you've imported — lives locally on your device, and only there. Veesly cannot remotely access or delete it.
You can delete it inside the app: reset a row on Home to clear its active setup, or delete an individual entry from History to remove that saved record. Resetting a row doesn't remove saved History entries unless you delete those separately. You can also remove local app data by uninstalling Streak Keeper or clearing its storage, where your device supports that.
If you've contacted Support, you can separately request deletion of the personal information Veesly holds from that correspondence by selecting Data deletion request in Support — that's different from deleting data on your device, which only you can do.
History export creates a JSON file for you to save or share — you're responsible for where it ends up. History import reads a Streak Keeper export and adds valid completed records to your local History; it never replaces your current Home rows.
5. Availability, changes, and termination
We aim to keep Streak Keeper stable and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the app where necessary for technical, legal, business, or platform reasons, and an update may be required to keep using it.
We may also improve, add, or remove features over time, in ways that aim to keep the app simple, reliable, and consistent with its core purpose.
Streak Keeper doesn't use accounts, so we can't remotely suspend or terminate your access to data on your own device. We may stop distributing, supporting, or updating the app — including at a platform's direction, or where the law requires it — and you can stop using it at any time, including by uninstalling it.
6. Intellectual property
Streak Keeper — its design, branding, text, icons, software, and related materials — is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use it only as permitted by these Terms or applicable law, and please don't copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of it beyond that.
7. Third-party services
Streak Keeper may rely on third-party services to operate — app platform services, local device services, and email or support providers needed to respond to your requests.
8. Limits of responsibility
We work to keep Streak Keeper reliable, but we can't promise that it will always be available or completely free from errors. To the extent allowed by law, Veesly isn't responsible for indirect losses resulting from use or unavailability of the app. Nothing in these Terms takes away consumer rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you rights that can't be limited by this clause.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this document.
