1. About Streak Keeper

Streak Keeper is a simple streak-tracking app that helps you track daily streaks, goals, Pause Days and streak history for your own personal use.

It is not a medical, health, financial, legal or other professional-advice service, and it does not guarantee any particular habit, fitness, productivity, financial or other outcome.

Streak Keeper is a general-audience app with no in-app age gate. You may use it only where permitted by the laws that apply to you, including any local minimum-age or parental-consent requirements.

The app is provided by Fabian Sielawa, operating under the Veesly brand in Poland ("Veesly", "we", "us" or "our").

2. Basic and Full access

Streak Keeper does not require you to create a Veesly account.

Basic access is available without a purchase and provides the normal Streak Keeper feature set with the first two displayed streak rows usable. Streak Keeper Full expands the same app to all eight displayed streak rows. Features such as History, Pause, reminders, appearance, Full Backup/Restore, Support and legal information are not separately restricted merely because a user has Basic access.

Full access may be provided by a qualifying Monthly or Annual subscription, a Lifetime non-consumable purchase when offered, or another qualifying purchase entitlement recognized by the app. Streak Keeper does not currently use a time-limited introductory free trial.

Streak Keeper uses the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android, with RevenueCat coordinating purchase and entitlement verification. This does not create a Veesly login or account. If purchase status cannot temporarily be confirmed, Basic remains usable; stored rows beyond the Basic capacity are preserved rather than deleted.

3. Billing, renewal, cancellation and restore

Monthly and Annual plans are purchased through the applicable platform store as auto-renewable in-app purchases. When a Lifetime option is offered, it is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase and does not renew automatically.

The available product, billing period, displayed price, currency and applicable tax treatment are shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase flow, as applicable, and may vary by country or storefront.

Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date shown by the platform store.

Apple or Google handles payment processing, billing, refunds and subscription management under the applicable platform-store terms. Veesly does not receive your payment-card or bank-account details.

You can manage or cancel an auto-renewable subscription through your platform store account settings. Deleting or uninstalling Streak Keeper does not by itself cancel a platform-store subscription or remove ownership of a non-consumable purchase. A Lifetime purchase does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel for it. Buying Lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing Monthly or Annual subscription; if you no longer want that subscription to renew, cancel it separately in your platform store account settings.

A Restore Purchases option is available in Streak Keeper. Restoring a purchase grants Full access only when the applicable platform store and RevenueCat confirm a qualifying purchase for the relevant store account. Purchase restoration is separate from restoring your local streak data from a Streak Keeper backup file.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for how you use Streak Keeper, including the streak names, goals, Pause settings, reminders, backup files and routines you choose to track.

Do not use Streak Keeper to break the law, interfere with the app, misuse Support or infringe another person's rights.

5. Your local data and backup files

Your streak content is designed to stay locally on your device. This includes Home rows, streak names, goals, counts, Pause settings and usage, streak status and ended dates, saved History and local preferences.

Veesly does not receive that streak content through the Streak Keeper purchase system and cannot remotely edit or delete the copy stored on your device.

Create Full Backup can produce a user-owned recovery file containing the Streak Keeper state needed to restore rows, ongoing progress, Pause information, History and supported preferences. You choose where that file is saved or shared through your device. Restore Full Backup validates the selected file and checks ongoing streaks against the current date before restored data becomes active. Purchase ownership is not stored in the backup and must be restored separately through the applicable platform store and RevenueCat.

Where the app makes deletion controls available, you can reset local streak rows, delete individual saved History entries or delete Streak Keeper-owned local data. Deleting local app data does not cancel a platform-store purchase. Backup files you previously saved outside the app remain wherever you chose to store them until you remove them there.

If you have contacted Support, a request to delete Support correspondence is separate from deleting streak data stored locally on your device.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Streak Keeper stable and available, but we cannot guarantee that the app, the applicable platform store, RevenueCat or other platform services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features or distribution where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, platform or business reasons. An app update may sometimes be required to continue using the app.

If Full access expires or is no longer reported as active, Streak Keeper returns to Basic row capacity. Data already stored in rows beyond the Basic capacity is preserved locally rather than erased and can become usable again when qualifying Full access is restored.

7. Third-party services

Streak Keeper relies on third-party services where necessary to operate.

These may include the Apple App Store and StoreKit services on iOS, Google Play services on Android, RevenueCat for purchase entitlement and purchase-state processing, device services such as notifications and file sharing, and email providers involved when you choose to contact Support.

Those services are also subject to their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

8. Intellectual property

Streak Keeper, including its design, branding, text, icons, software and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the app only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms gives permission to copy, redistribute, sell or reverse engineer protected parts of Streak Keeper beyond rights that the law does not allow us to restrict.

9. Limits of responsibility

We work to keep Streak Keeper reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or completely free from errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veesly is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use or unavailability of the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides any warranty, remedy, liability or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country or region gives you rights that cannot lawfully be limited by this clause.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Streak Keeper, purchases, service providers, law or our practices.

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date.
