1. About Streak Keeper

Streak Keeper is a simple streak-tracking app that helps you track daily streaks, goals, Pause Days and streak history for your own personal use.

It is not a medical, health, financial, legal or other professional-advice service, and it does not guarantee any particular habit, fitness, productivity, financial or other outcome.

Streak Keeper is a general-audience app with no in-app age gate. You may use it only where permitted by the laws that apply to you, including any local minimum-age or parental-consent requirements.

The app is provided by Fabian Sielawa, operating under the Veesly brand in Poland ("Veesly", "we", "us" or "our").

2. Account and subscription access

Streak Keeper does not require you to create a Veesly account.

Continued access to the app's normal functionality requires an active Streak Keeper subscription or other qualifying access recognized by the app.

Eligible customers may be offered a 7-day introductory free trial. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may not be available to every customer or more than once.

Streak Keeper uses Apple's App Store purchase system and RevenueCat to verify whether the subscription entitlement required for access is active. This does not create a Veesly login or account for you.

3. Billing, renewal, cancellation and restore

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store as auto-renewable in-app purchases.

The available plan, billing period, full renewal price, currency, applicable tax treatment and any introductory offer are shown in Apple's purchase flow and may vary by country or App Store storefront.

If an eligible free trial is offered, the purchase flow will show the length of the trial and the price that applies after it ends. Unless you cancel before the renewal date shown by Apple, the subscription will automatically continue at the displayed renewal price.

Paid subscriptions also renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.

Apple handles payment processing, billing, refunds and subscription management under Apple's applicable terms. Veesly does not receive your payment-card or bank-account details.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting or uninstalling Streak Keeper does not by itself cancel an App Store subscription.

A Restore Purchases option is available through the subscription flow. Restoring a purchase grants access only when Apple and RevenueCat confirm that a qualifying entitlement is active.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for how you use Streak Keeper, including the streak names, goals, Pause settings, reminders, imported history files and routines you choose to track.

Do not use Streak Keeper to break the law, interfere with the app, misuse Support or infringe another person's rights.

5. Your local data and exported files

Your streak content is designed to stay locally on your device. This includes active Home rows, streak names, goals, counts, Pause settings and usage, streak status and ended dates, saved History and imported History.

Veesly does not receive that streak content through the Streak Keeper subscription system and cannot remotely edit or delete the copy stored on your device.

Where the app makes deletion controls available, you can reset local streak rows and delete individual saved History entries. Removing the app or clearing its local storage using your device's available controls also removes local app data from that installation.

If you have contacted Support, a request to delete Support correspondence is separate from deleting streak data stored locally on your device.

History export creates a JSON file for you to save or share. You are responsible for where an exported file is stored or sent. History import reads compatible Streak Keeper export data and adds valid completed records; it does not replace your current Home rows.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Streak Keeper stable and available, but we cannot guarantee that the app, the App Store, RevenueCat or other platform services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features or distribution where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, platform or business reasons. An app update may sometimes be required to continue using the app.

If subscription access expires or is no longer reported as active, normal paid app functionality may become unavailable until qualifying access is restored. This does not itself erase the streak data stored locally on the device.

7. Third-party services

Streak Keeper relies on third-party services where necessary to operate.

These may include Apple's App Store and StoreKit services for purchases, RevenueCat for subscription entitlement and purchase-state processing, device services such as notifications and file sharing, and email providers involved when you choose to contact Support.

Those services are also subject to their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

8. Intellectual property

Streak Keeper, including its design, branding, text, icons, software and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the app only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms gives permission to copy, redistribute, sell or reverse engineer protected parts of Streak Keeper beyond rights that the law does not allow us to restrict.

9. Limits of responsibility

We work to keep Streak Keeper reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or completely free from errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veesly is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use or unavailability of the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides any warranty, remedy, liability or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country or region gives you rights that cannot lawfully be limited by this clause.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Streak Keeper, subscriptions, service providers, law or our practices.

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date.
